Blessed is the Spot is a prayer by the 19th-century prophet Baha’u’llah, who founded the Baha’i faith. Duck and Penguin has created an interactive book app for iOS that presents Blessed is the Spot in both written and song form. One can read through the lines of the prayer, listen to individual words or whole lines, or listen to a vocal arrangement of the prayer.
You can find the app on the iOS App Store for $1.99. An Android version is coming soon!
My latest release is now available on iOS: Green Kauai Map!
I volunteered my time to fix and improve the app for the non-profit organization Malama Kauai. The app displays locations and information about “green” businesses, farms, and organizations on the island of Kauai. It also shows the locations and times of all of the island’s farmers’ markets.
It is my first pure Objective-C app!

The folks at Enter the Studio did most of the work, but I worked on the UI, some plugins, and localization into eight languages.
I used Unity 4 with C# and NGUI for the UI and localization programming. I used Objective-C for the custom plugin programming.
